각종 경제, 제조, 금융 등 다양한 분야에서 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 이슈가 쏟아지고 있다. 대선후보들이 나와 토론에서 지겹도록 이야기하던 4차 산업혁명이 이제는 TV를 틀명 대기업들의 광고에서 자주 들리는 단어가 되어 버렸다. 각종 전자제품에 IoT를 접목한 신기술을 통해 새로운 도약을 꿈꾸고 있는 이때 제일 주목해야할 부분은 아무래도 제조업이다. 사업모델, 품질의 향상, 수익구조 개선, 다품종 소량생산 등 제조업에서의 활용방안은 무궁무진하며 이것을 기반으로 세계경제에 막대한 영향을 끼칠 것이다. 4차 산업혁명과 관련한 각종 컨퍼런스가 있었으나 최근 한국경영인증원(KMR)에서 주최한 "한국 제조업의 4차 산업혁명 스마트팩토리 로드맵 컨퍼런스"가 눈여겨 볼만하다.
산자부, 중기청, 한국무역협회 등이 후원하였으며 7월 4일에 개최된 이 컨퍼런스는 기존의 컨퍼런스들이 4차 산업혁명에 대하여 수박 겉핥기식 정보를 제공한 것에서 착안 한 듯하다. 많은 국내 기업들이 관심을 가지고 있는 "스마트팩토리"를 주제로 잡았을 뿐만 아니라 로드맵을 제시한다고 까지하였으니 기존 컨퍼런스들과는 차별점을 주었다. 컨퍼런스는 큰그림을 제시하는 2개의 기조강연과 분야별 세부적 이야기를 제공하는 소프트웨어, 하드웨어 트랙으로 구성이 되었다.
그 중에서도 기조강연자인 이민화 이사장과 박희재 서울대교수는 4차 산업혁명분야의 유명인사다. 이민화 이사장은 네이버에 조금만 검색해보아도 관련 칼럼이 언론사에 넘쳐난다. 또 박희재 교수는 중기벤처부(중소벤처부) 장관 후보로까지 오르내리는 인물.
이민화 이사장의 강연은 높은 점수를 받을만하나 박희재 교수의 강의는 준비가 덜 된 것인지 조금은 실망스러운 내용이었다.

한국경영인증원에서는 스마트팩토리 실질적 추진을 위한 세미나 과정도 9월 중 2일과정으로 진행할 예정이라고 한다. 서울 엘타워에서 진행되는 과정은 임원진을 대상으로 준비한 것 같다. 자사의 경영철학과 비즈니스를 이해시킨 후 맞춤형 스마트팩토리 경영전략을 수립하는데 주안을 둔 과정이다. 애초 1일 과정으로 기획되었으나 강사들의 충분한 내용전달을 위해 2일 과정으로 수정되었다고 한다. 스마트 유지보수, 조립, 품질 관리 등 주요 핵심분야를 국내 스마트팩토리 전문가들이 강의한다. 마지막으로는 자사의 스마트팩토리 구축 프레임워크를 작성.
호텔급의 식사 제공임에도 불구하고 가격이 저렴한 편. 스마트팩토리 추진에 관심이 있는 기업이라면 꼭 눈여겨봐야할 과정이다.

There were various conferences related to the 4th Industrial Revolution, but it is worth noting that the "4th Industry Industrial Revolution Smart Factory Roadmap Conference" sponsored by KMR (KMR) recently.
Sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, the Korea International Trade Association, and the Korea International Trade Association. The conference, held on July 4, appears to have been based on the fact that existing conferences provided superficial information about the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We have not only caught up with the "smart factory" that many domestic companies are interested in, but also presented a roadmap. The conference consisted of software and hardware tracks that provided two keynote lectures and a detailed story for each field.
Among them, Chairman Lee Min-hwa and key professor Park Hee-jae of Seoul National University are celebrities in the field of industrial revolution. It is a process focused on understanding the management philosophy and business of the company and establishing a customized smart factory management strategy. It was originally planned as a one-day course, but it was revised to a two-day course in order to give full details to the instructors.
